I keep getting more images from the shoot with Anthony Archuleta. I really like these ones cause you can see my makeup magiK better. Check out the amazing cheekbones on model Anthony Robert Guerrieri! This is the first male model I've done makeup for and I'm really proud of the results. I hope I get to work with this crew again... Everyone was so great and the shoot was obviously fantastic! I hope y'all enjoy :o)

One more image from the S/S Fashion Shoot with the amazing Anthony Archuleta. Check out Ramona's gorgeous eyes! I had so much fun doing makeup for this shoot... so many bright colors! I used a green palette with Ramona's eyes and hot pink lipstick that I actually mixed myself to get the right color.

Some photographs from the shoot last week with the amazing Anthony Archuleta. I'm still waiting on some closeups of the makeup but you can see some of my handiwork <3 On Katie I used a ton of bright colors. Her eyes were done in a blue palette, her cheeks were hot pink and her lips were bright orange. The contrast between the blue and orange (complementary or opposing colors) looked fantastic!

Introduction to my Makeup Blog

Being a ballerina teaches you quite a few valuable life lessons; one of these things is how to do makeup. Even though I don't dance anymore I still get the opportunity to use my stage makeup skills. Over the years these skills have been mainly beneficial to my friends who used to line up outside my bathroom door to have their makeup done for sorority formals, important school events, and before we'd all go out on weekends. Then I started to do makeup for pageants and photo shoots. I thought it'd be a good idea to start a blog of my work. Today I just have a few pictures of work I've done on myself but next week I should have some really good stuff up! I did makeup on 3 models last night for an awesome color block themed shoot with the amazing Anthony Archuleta. Can't wait to see them!
